Summary
Number Dial stores game progress locally on your device. If you use online features such as Google Play Games sign-in, cloud save, leaderboards, purchases, ads, or consent choices, information may also be processed by Google, Firebase, Google Play, AdMob, and related service providers.
We do not sell personal information. We use the information described in this policy to operate the game, protect online features, fulfill purchases, show ads where allowed, handle consent choices, fix bugs, and comply with legal and platform requirements.
Information We Collect or Process
Local gameplay and settings data
Number Dial may store gameplay data on your device, including score, level, gems, board state, achievements, tutorial progress, audio settings, language settings, purchase entitlement flags, and other game progress.
Google Play Games and Firebase account-linked data
If you sign in with Google Play Games or use online features, we may receive, store, or process account-linked game information such as Google Play Games player ID, display name or gamertag, Firebase user ID, country or region, score, level, cloud save state, gems, achievements, and reset/delete status.
If you use cloud save without signing in with Google Play Games after completing the tutorial, Firebase Authentication may create an anonymous Firebase user ID so your private save can be stored and restored for that app installation. Anonymous cloud save data is not submitted as a public leaderboard entry. If you later sign in with Google Play Games, we may link or migrate the local/private save to your Google Play Games-linked Firebase identity so your progress continues under that account. Gameplay cloud save and leaderboard game data are only submitted after you complete the tutorial.
We use this information to:
- save and restore your progress;
- show leaderboard entries;
- protect cloud save and leaderboard data from cheating, fraud, and abuse;
- allow progress reset, data deletion, or recovery;
- keep account-linked online features working reliably.
Purchases
Number Dial may offer in-app purchases such as gems, a starter bundle, or an entitlement that removes forced ads. Purchases are processed by Google Play. We may receive and store purchase-related information needed to fulfill and restore purchases, such as product IDs, purchase status, entitlement flags, receipt or order information, and whether a purchase was refunded, revoked, deferred, or confirmed. We do not receive your full payment card number or full payment account details.
Advertising and consent
Number Dial may use Google AdMob to show ads, including optional rewarded ads. Google Mobile Ads and its partners may process information such as IP address, advertising ID, app interactions, diagnostic information, device or account identifiers, approximate location derived from network data, and ad interactions for advertising, ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and service improvement.
Where required, Number Dial uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent and to provide privacy choices. Personalized ads are only requested where permitted and, where required, after consent. You can change ad privacy choices through the privacy options shown in the app when available, and through your Android or Google settings.
Analytics, crash, diagnostic, and security data
Number Dial includes Firebase services that may process technical and diagnostic data, including Firebase installation identifiers, app instance identifiers, app version, device model, operating system, IP address, user agent, authentication tokens, App Check integrity signals, crash stack traces, crash session data, logs, and related diagnostic information.
We use this information for authentication, app security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, crash reporting, reliability, analytics, and debugging. Firebase Crashlytics data may include crash traces and crash identifiers. Firebase Analytics may process app usage and event data to help understand app performance and reliability.
How We Use Information
We use the information described in this policy to:
- operate Number Dial and its core gameplay;
- save progress locally and in the cloud;
- show leaderboard entries and account-linked game state;
- fulfill, restore, and protect purchases and rewards;
- show ads and manage ad consent choices;
- prevent cheating, fraud, abuse, invalid ad traffic, and unauthorized access;
- debug crashes and improve reliability;
- respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and platform requirements.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may process or share information with service providers needed to run Number Dial, including:
- Google Play Games Services;
- Firebase Authentication, App Check, Cloud Firestore, Analytics, and Crashlytics;
- Google Play Billing and Google Play purchase services;
- Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform;
- Unity In-App Purchasing technology used to connect the app with Google Play Billing.
These providers process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and data processing terms. We may also disclose information if required to comply with law, enforce our rights, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect users, the app, or the public.
Legal Basis for EEA, UK, and Swiss Users
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal data only where we have a valid legal basis. Depending on the context, this may include:
- performance of a contract, such as providing gameplay, cloud save, purchases, and rewards;
- your consent, such as for personalized ads where required;
- our legitimate interests, such as operating, securing, debugging, and improving the game;
- legal obligations, such as tax, accounting, consumer, fraud prevention, or platform compliance duties.
You can withdraw or change advertising consent through the in-app privacy options where available. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before withdrawal.
Data Retention and Deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you reset progress, uninstall the app, clear app data, or the app replaces it through normal gameplay.
Account-linked cloud save, leaderboard, and Firebase data may be kept while your Google Play Games or Firebase-linked game profile is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for security, fraud prevention, purchase verification, troubleshooting, legal, tax, accounting, or platform compliance reasons.
Number Dial includes an in-game reset flow that can delete local progress, cloud save data, and leaderboard data associated with the signed-in account when the required online services are reachable. You can also request deletion of account-linked Number Dial data by emailing numberdial-support@googlegroups.com. Please include "Number Dial Data Deletion Request" in the subject and, if possible, your Google Play Games gamertag or player name. Do not send full payment card details.
We may need to verify that the request relates to your account before deleting account-linked data. We aim to handle deletion requests within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law. Some records may be retained where necessary for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, purchase verification, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where consent is used. You can contact us at numberdial-support@googlegroups.com to make a privacy request.
You can also manage certain choices through your device, Android, Google, Google Play Games, Google Play, and AdMob consent settings, including ad personalization settings where available.
